This role requires exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety, confidentiality, and creating a seamless experience from start to finish.

Requirements:​

• Access to a clean, safe vehicle (2015 model or newer preferred)

• Current Australian driver’s licence with a clean driving record

• Minimum 1 year of professional chauffeur, private driver, rideshare, or client-facing driving experience

• Available for late-night and early morning shifts (including finishes up to 6am)

• Strong knowledge of Melbourne’s roads, traffic patterns, hotels, venues, and key locations

• Ability to remain professional, calm, and discreet in all situations

• Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise professionally with reception and clients

• Well-groomed, punctual, reliable, and presentation-focused

• Strong understanding of privacy, confidentiality, and professional boundaries

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Comfortable waiting for extended periods between trips

• Smartphone access with reliable communication availability

• Adult industry experience is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, comfortable, and discreet transportation throughout Melbourne and surrounding areas

• Collect and drop off companions at scheduled locations while maintaining a premium level of service

• Remain available on-site for the duration of bookings when required

• Monitor travel times, booking durations, and schedules to ensure punctual arrivals and departures

• Communicate clearly with our reception regarding:

  • Estimated arrival times

  • Traffic delays

  • Any changes to schedule

• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding clients, companions, locations, and bookings

• Ensure vehicle is clean, presentable, and maintained to a high standard at all times

• Assist with creating a safe and professional environment for all parties
