Advance Notice

Clients are required to inform us of any cancellation at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to manage our escorts' schedules effectively.

 

Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made at the appointment time without reason will result in being blacklisted. This is due to the significant inconvenience and resource allocation already committed.

 

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 1 hour in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time based on availability.

 

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notification (i.e. not answering the door) will be treated as a ‘No-Show’. This will result in being added to an Australia wide 'blacklisted client' database and may impact your ability to make future bookings.

 

Refunds

Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms mentioned above and will be processed within 3 business days.

 

Discretion

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion, especially in cases where client behaviour is deemed inappropriate or unsafe for our escorts.
